- Certificate awarded to Skipper Arthur Nelson on 3rd July 1963 by The Fishing Vessel Owners' and Underwrites' Joint Amalgamated Arbitration and Navigation Committee. It records that he passed the 'necessary examinations relative to his ability and practical knowledge of the Icelandic and other North Waters' and is deemed qualitied 'to take Command of any Steam Trawler proceeding to the above waters for the purpose of Fishing'. The area 'Greenland Waters' was added on 19th May 1964. A note at the top states that he also passed a Radar Observer examination in 1960 and a Radar Simulator examination in 1963.
