- Handbill issued by Miles Stray advertising his 'New and Second-Hand Clothes Warehouse' at No. 59, Lowgate, Hull. As well as 'new and second-hand clothes, hats, hosiery, stays, blankets, &c.', he wishes to draw the attention of sailors to his 'new clothes suitable for the Greenland and Davis' Straits Fisheries'. The handbill was printed by Topping and Dawson, 47, Lowgate, Hull. An inventory number, '333', has been handwritten on the right-hand side.
