- Trinity House Lane drawn by Frederick Schultz smith (1860-1925), about 1883. Trinity House Lane looking south. The 'Bonny Boat' public house on the left was named after a kayak brought back from Greenland in 1613 and put on display in Trinity House opposite on the right. Next door stands Routledge's tailors shop. On the corner of Kings Street stands the premises of Thomas Keyworth & Co, wine merchants. A horse and cart are just visible in the distance. Ink and wash on paper. Signed bottom left corner.
