- St Barnabas Church, Hessle Road, drawn by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1888. St Barnabas' Church was built on Hessle Road at the corner of the Boulevard between 1872 and 1874. It closed in 1970 and was demolished soon after. There are residential premises to both sides of the church and four figures in the street. Ink and wash on paper. Signed and dated by the artist in the bottom left corner.
