- Pen and ink drawing by F.S. Smith of Beverley Road opposite Brunswick Avenue looking north. The wide, tree-lined street has gas lights and railings on either side. The tower of the Wesleyan Chapel can be seen to the left, partly hidden by trees. There is a horse and cart in the road and women walking on the pavements on either side. It is signed and dated by the artist in the bottom left corner.
