- Pen and ink drawing depicting the Baptist Chapel on South Street, Hull by F.S. Smith. The large plaque on the roof reads 'First Baptist Church 1736'. There are steps leading up to the door, which has a columned portico. Iron railings separate the chapel from the pavement and there is a lamp attached to the arched gateway. The building to the left has a sign which reads 'Askwiths' and there is a notice which reads 'Commit No Nuisance' on the smaller building to the right. A woman is shown walking on the pavement in front of the chapel. The artistâs signature is in the lower left corner, with the date 1887.
