- Pen and ink drawing of Spring Bank looking towards the Botanic Gardens, Hull, by F.S. Smith. The Jubilee Primitive Methodist Chapel stands on the right and the Presbyterian Church further down on the opposite side. Terraced housing stretches into the distance. A woman with two children walks on the left pavement with four more figures further down. A line of trees, protected by railings, can be seen in the centre of the road in the distance. It is signed and dated 1883 by the artist at lower left corner.
