- Grimsby Lane, Hull, drawn by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925) and dated 1889. Grimsby Lane, a narrow street south of Church Lane ran between Market Place and High Street. Although narrow and short, it still boasted four public houses. Smith has drawn draws two adults and a small child engaged in conversation in the centre of the street. Ink and wash on paper, Signed and dated bottom left.
