Brief Description:
Sketch of High Street looking south with Wilberforce House by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1921. The garden wall and gateway to Wilberforce House appear to the left, just down from the Georgian Houses. Opposite Wilberforce House a woman stands on the pavement outside a three-storey jettied building, known as the 'Sissons' House'. The first jetty has a carved beam running the entire width of the building. The Yarmouth Arms and the entrance to George Yard can be seen further down High Street in the distance.
