- Drawing of North Dock Wall from the north side of Queen's Dock, by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), about 1900. Shows a curved wall on the right hand side of the drawing, with a ship in dock partly obscured behind the wall. A cart is on the left hand side in the foreground and two men are on a small boat in the centre, with a large wooden warehouse behind. Visible in the distance is theScandinavian Spirit Vaults which stood at 21 North Walls with the Full Ship public house to the left. The tower of Hull's old Town Hall and the spires of St Mary's Church rise above the rooftops in the background.Circular drawing in ink and wash on paper, mounted on board. Signed bottom left.
