The facade of the old Town Hall is on the right side of the drawing. There are a few sketched figures and carts in the street. Written in pencil bottom right corner 'Lowgate - from Queens Dock?'. Sketch of a spire on back. Also '433 / Lowgate / 428' in pencil lower centre.
