- Drawing of North Church Side and Posterngate in Hull, by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), about 1890. Thomas Keyworth & Company, importers of wines and spirits stands in the centre. These premises at No 1 and 2 Kings Street were the only buildings (apart from the church) on the south side of the street in the 1880s. Railings in front of the Keyworth building advertise 'Football St Johns'. A cart stands in the road in front of the railings.Holy Trinity Churchyard is on the left beyond the railings, with Posterngate directly ahead. A woman stands on the corner of the pavement by the churchyard. Pencil on paper.
