- Drawing of the Newland from Beverely Road corner by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1894. Shows the junction of Beverley Road, Cottingham Road and Clough Road looking east. Buildings are on the left (on the site of the Haworth Arms). A signpost is on the corner of Beverley Road and Clough Road. A lamppost stands on the corner of Cottingham Road and Beverley Road. Three cows and a person are walking on the road on the right hand side of the drawing. Trees are in the background and on the right. Pencil on paper. Signed and dated bottom left corner.
