- Brief Description:
- Sperm whale jawbone, lower right mandible. Engraved as scrimshaw depicting two sailing ships and a volcano looking mountain on the horizon. All teeth are missing and end of jawbone is snapped off. There are three old metal bolts within the bone as part of a historic fixing. One of a pair, see also KINCM:2013.182.
