Brief Description:
Portrait painting of Sir Frank Finn, Sheriff of Hull in 1924 and Lord Mayor in 1925, by Vincent Galloway. The three-quarter length portrait shows him standing, slightly to left but looking at the viewer, wearing the Sheriff's Chain. He is holding a bicorn hat in his right hand and the hilt of his sword in his left. A shield with a coat of arms appears in the top left-hand corner. The painting is held within a gilt wooden frame.
