- Handwritten notes on Captain Angus Sadler, Hull whaling ship captain, written by William Coltish, Ship's Husband for Messrs. G & J. Egginton. He states that Mr. Sadler first sailed in the 'Manchester' and was then Mate on the whaler 'Elizabeth'. He was made Master of the 'Molly' in 1796 and sailed annually to the Greenland Whale Fishery. A list of the numbers of whales and the tons achieved dates from 1796 until 1802. He was made Master of the 'Aurora' in 1803 and continued in that role for 14 years. The catch for 1803 to 1817 is included at the bottom. Captain Sadler died in July 1832.
