Wiping Station, East Quay, Alexandra Dock, Hull'. There are also details of the personnel: J. Andrew, 'Technical Experimental Assistant', with a date 1st September 1942 and A.B. James, 'Electrical Lieutenant Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve', with a date 14th May 1943.
