- South end of High Street drawn by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1888. The rebuilt half-timbered de la Pole House can be seen at the south end of High Street, beyond the Dog and Duck public house. The road by the side of the Dog and Duck (landlord Frank Thomas Munkman) led to the South Bridge, which opened in 1865. On the left are the premises of Walker & Brown, engravers, and the George & Dragon, landlord Charles Stritt. Pen and ink on paper. Signed and dated bottom left corner.
