- Pen and ink drawing of inside the quadrangle of the new alms houses, Eggington Lane, Hull, by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1889. Shows a large building on left with tower and unusual tall roof. On the right is a church with bell tower and in between are the alms houses. They all stand overlooking gardens laid out in a formal pattern. Two female figures can be seen on the left in the distance. Signed bottom left.
