- Pen and ink drawing of Eggington Lane, Hull, by Frederick.Schultz Smith (1860-1925), about 1882. Shows a dirt road which is a continuation of Fountain Road, with a large wooden fence on the left and double gates at the end. There is a small cottage on the right with smoking chimney and on the immediate right advertisements for 'Nestles Food' and 'Best Turf' horse racing. Beyond the gate are terrace houses and the spire of a building at centre right. Signed by F.S. Smith at lower right corner.
