The Corner of Pearson Avenue drawn by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1920. Streetscene of house on the corner of Pearson Avenue and Beverley Road, Hull. The large Gothic-style house with a corner tower,was known as Claremont Villa and was built around 1878. the garden of the villa is seperated from the pavement by a low iron railing. There are five women walking in the street. Signed and dated bottom corner. Ink and wash on paper, mounted on card.
