- Streetscene depicting St Jame's Church from Walker Street in Hull, by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), December 1892. From the end of Walker Street looking south the entrance to Porter Street and Waverley Street is on the left and the entrance to Hessle Road on the right, with the Vauxhall Tavern visible on the corner. In the background is St James' Street with the tower of St James' Church at the centre of the drawing behind a row of shop premises. In the row of shops in the right foreground stands the premises of George Henry Bland, painter and paperhanger. Ink and wash on paper. Signed and dated by the artist bottom left corner.
