Pen and ink drawing of a house in Scale Lane, Hull, where William Etty RA lived, by Frederick Schultz Smith (1860-1925), 1889. Shows a four storey Georgian building with a passageway on either side, one with a streetlight above. In the windows is the wording 'Johnson Corn Merchants'. There is a poster on the right for 'Hull Critic'.Two women stand talking on the pavement in front.Signed and dated 1889 by the artist at lower left corner.
