Madonna and Child with St Joseph, mid 18th Century by Francesco Mancini (1679-1758) Description Mancini represents the end of the Baroque tradition in Italy and worked on many church altarpieces mainly in and around Rome. This work is not on display owing to its poor condition. Work required The paint layer has extensive structural cracking and some badly matched re-touchings of old losses.
