The Royal Dock, Grimsby

Grimsby-born Tyson was a painter in oils of landscapes, marines and miniatures. She studied at Hull and Grimsby Schools of Art, later moving to live and work in Bournemouth. This sparse and tranquil view of the Royal Dock, Grimsby, was exhibited by the artist at the Royal Academy in London in 1937.
